About Me : 

Hello! I'm Kree, the girl behind the camera! I'm a Minnesota farmgirl who has traveled near and far with a camera in hand. During the day, I'm working to be the business woman I aspire to be, and by night I'm behind the camera doing a passion of mine. I like to say I'm a simple person. I enjoy a peaceful day, a hike, kayaking, a walk with my dog, or an evening full of boardgames and hopefully a lot of queso. I also love to jam out in my car, go to concerts, awkward dance and sing (even though I'm tone deaf), and watch F.R.I.E.N.D.S. and Grey's Anatomy over and over again.

About my work: 

They say a picture says a thousand words, and I believe it to be true. It's a way to capture the moment, the place, the feeling and return back to it when you want. However, I also love taking videos! As a kid, I really enjoyed watching home videos. It was how I got to see my older siblings interacting with me before I could remember, birthday parties with my childhood friends, my parents when they were young, family trips, mainly special moments in our family that will be cherished because we get to look back on them. I fully believe in capturing the big and small moments, and that's why I do photography and videography. To give that to others.

I loved Kree's use of aperture and composition in her photography, but I was concerned about the creative part. So, I explained my situation, what I was trying to portray (story tell) and my vision. She admitted it was something she'd never done. But, within hours she sent me test photos and BOOM! She nailed it. We then scheduled the shoot for the next day.When we met, it was like I had known her for years. She's super friendly and loveable. Besides being extremely personable, she picked a great location, she was on time and was very patient with my 3 year old and husband who was not on time due to work. His tardiness caused the session to enter dawn and passed. The most impressive part was her ability to capture the beautiful photos in the dark without a flash (avoid flash affect).
